Our online ordering system handles phone/FAX
orders (credit card) and mail orders (credit card, check,
money order), as well as online credit card orders. However,
if you cannot use the online ordering system from the computer
you accessed this site from (Internet cafe, library or other
public computer), you

will need to know your full name, full mailing address,
telephone number and email address. We will also need
